Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and capturing demand for our Salesforce platform on a global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, business processes, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Allianz companies to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions, aligned with our business objectives.

You will

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's business and goals, taking into account business processes, data integrity, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document functional requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet their needs.
• Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce projects globally, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, leveraging best practices and platform capabilities.
• Consult Allianz entities on data migration and cleansing efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with various teams, within Allianz Technology, Allianz Group and Allianz Operating Entities, to ensure a seamless flow of information and strategy definition.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce users globally, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure efficient platform adoption.
• Monitor the performance of the Salesforce platform, proactively identifying and addressing issues, as well as continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive information within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Engage in and foster the Allianz wide Salesforce community with the goal to identify and share best practices.

Your skills

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on global implementation and management.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, or Salesforce Developer, are highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to Salesforce.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
