Position: Compliance Auditor – MSP Role Objective: Ensuring that the Second Tier Suppliers in MSP Program and outside MSP comply with Client’s Contractor Onboarding Requirements and is recorded and audited to a high level of detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: The main duties will be to: Undertake external audit of Suppliers’ activities against defined criteria – principally, but not limited to, auditing compliance with Contractor Onboarding requirements (statutory, payroll and contractual requirements). Work to resolve non-compliant placements, suggest and undertake corrective actions, by liaising with MSP Legal Team, Suppliers, Supply Chain Manager, and Project Management Office. Tracking completion of corrective actions and conducting follow-up audits. Collate and report on suggestions for improvements to processes, documents, and approaches that will prevent non-compliant placements. Establish and maintain relationships with the global teams and stakeholders across and outside the business. Maintain accurate and up to date databases relating to compliance, including, but not limited to, Smartsheet, supplier management application, onboarding checklists, expired documents, etc. Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of temporary contractor onboarding under MSP and 2nd Tier Supplier Programs in a compliant fashion. Person Specification: § Uses Commercial and legal expertise to assess compliance document submissions. § Adopts a questioning approach to clarify or more fully understand an issue. § Helps to uncover pertinent facts to source a solution. § Identifies the key points to communicate on any interaction, selecting the correct method of communication to ensure information is delivered and understood by all parties to enable an informed decision to be made. § Uses emotional intelligence to consider how people may react differently in different circumstances. § Gathers information from multiple sources, analyses, and critiques it before making an informed recommendation to internal and external stakeholders. § Applies own judgement and criteria to adapt previous recommendations or experience in the light of the current circumstance. Essential Criteria: § Ability to understand international employment and legal concepts. § Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. § Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong, clear, and confident telephone/videocall manner. § Excellent organizational skills and ability to priorities work and meet deadlines. § Excellent attention to detail. § Experience in quickly learning new processes, and strong ability to follow them consistently. § Proven ability to accurately and consistently document and file written and verbal information. § The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members, many of whom are based in different countries. § Law, Audit or HR professional. Desirable Criteria § Conversant with database systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar). § Conversant with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and onboarding systems (e.g., Bullhorn or Bullhorn Back Office). § Conversant with SmartSheet. § Previous compliance and audit experience. § Bachelor’s degree or similar experience.
