Job Title: Marketing and Sales Professional (Field Marketing)

Location: Agra, India

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote products/services in the Agra region.
• Conduct market research and identify target markets and potential clients.
• Plan and execute localized marketing activities such as demonstrations, roadshows, and events.
• Build and maintain client relationships through face-to-face interactions.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze field marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing and sales roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Agra and nearby areas.
