About The Role

The HR Operations Analyst works at the forefront of Enphase Energy's employee data landscape, ensuring integrity of our data, proper design and execution of data-related processes, and continuous improvement of business processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Operations and supporting our functional and engineering groups worldwide, while closely partnering with HR Systems Group as well as stakeholders in HR and non-HR functions.

What you will do

  • Execute mass data actions in Enphase Energy's core HR system related to large-scale initiatives or data corrections.
  • Enter Data changes into the HRIS (Workday)
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and analyze data, prepare load files, perform uploads, and audit business process results.
  • Review and analyze very large and complex sets of data, ensuring an accurate and timely outcome.
  • Run audit reports meant to identify data issues.
  • Create and run basic reports supporting various HR Operations activities.
  • Maintain detailed process documentation and data import templates.
  • Participate in testing and validation of HR system functionality enhancements.
  • Perform support ticket trend analysis and proactively work with the team to optimize the HR Operations response model.
  • Be well-versed in all HR Operations activities and business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous operations improvement of business processes.
  • Manage and address HR JIRA tickets.

Who You Are And What You Bring

  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant knowledge and experience working with Workday HRIS.
  • 3-5 years HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
  • HR certification a plus: PHR, SHRM-CP.
  • Experience working with a variety of HR policies, procedures, and systems in a global environment.
  • Knowledge of key and current employment legislation.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • A passion for people, a strong sense of personal integrity, a positive attitude, and a desire to do the right thing with a customer first focus.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills that effectively balance competing priorities while meeting time and quality requirements.
  • Independent, organized, and passionate about details in solving difficult to complex business problems for internal stakeholders within the employee life cycle.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, continuous changing team-oriented environment.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
