Your role: - Life Cycle Manager for Respiratory care Installed Base of Product(s)/Product line(s).
- Manage the obsolescence and product issues.
- Ensuring business continuity and revenues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, production issues, CAPA actions and FSN’s.
- Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Manage the multi-disciplinary cross functional team (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory,) to realize results.
- Prepare, plan, track and coordinate cross functional teams located across geographies and manage project deliverable.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Works with Quality and Regulatory to ensure the program is fully compliant with the Quality System, FDA design controls, and global regulatory agency requirements.
- Responsible for creating end to end engineering release schedule to qualify products with new suppliers & release to production – this is the most critical aspect of the job responsibility & project management excellence is critical for success.
- Responsible to ensure product requirements are fully defined to enhance quality through transfer projects, this would involve reverse engineering as needed.
- Ensures team is staffed effectively and utilized to the fullest potential to most efficiently complete projects.
- Provides ongoing status reports to the business leadership team, highlighting opportunities and risk mitigations.
- Accountable for overall delivery of project in line with QMS and PDLM process as per the agreed multi-site Quality Agreement.

- Experience in medical technical project management is must.
- Experience in design cycle of high-tech electronic components, assemblies, and/or electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong project management skills is a must with ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, across functions and organizational layers; proven ability to manage relationships at all org levels.
- Knowing and understanding broad business perspective.
- Knowledge of project management strategies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in working in a complex/global environment.
Education/Skills:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (E.G. Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years’ experience in a high-tech industry with a focus on working with suppliers for design changes & product launches.
- PMP certification highly desired.
