Job description
To partnering with the business in designing and developing contents and leading training & development initiatives across the departments in the company. Support, facilitate or create as and when required, both on-site and virtual learning experiences, including training materials that build employee capabilities, behaviors, and engagement. Collaborate and consult with learning organization stakeholders, leadership team, and HRBPs to research, administer, customize, and transform learning assets into consumable learning experiences that support the team's strategy. Develop strong consultative relationships with regional leaders and employees to understand and assess talent needs. Relied upon to sustain positive learning experiences that align with our culture, purpose, mission, and vision. Identify ways to increase employee awareness and participation in L&D initiatives.
