About the Company :

Mode of Work : 5 days / Work from Office Applications are invited from Immediate / Early Joiners. In-Person Interviews will be scheduled at HSR Layout, Bangalore for shortlisted applicants.

Job Summary:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, managing IT services, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: IT Operations Management: Ensure 24x7 reliability of IT services. Manage IT infrastructure, including server and network systems. Incident Response: Lead incident response activities, reducing resolution time and minimizing impact on services. Automation and Optimization: Implement automation for Active Directory and Office 365, reducing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency. Asset Management: Oversee IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning, including software license management. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts and manage service-level agreements (SLAs). Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Technical Support: Provide L2 and L3 technical support, managing Windows, macOS and devices, and troubleshooting various IT issues. Security Management: Ensure system security through effective management of firewalls, antivirus software, and adherence to best cybersecurity practices. Project Management: Lead critical IT projects, such as network switch migrations and virtualized environment management.

Qualifications: MCSA, ITIL V4 Foundation, AWS certifications. 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in IT service management and infrastructure. Proficiency in AWS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 administration. Experience with JIRA Service Management, JAMF administration, and remote user support. Skilled in macOS troubleshooting and network management (DHCP/DNS). Strong leadership abilities and experience in vendor management. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
