Experience in Vehicle level wiring harness packaging Experience with routing quality checks for W/H Hands-on experience of wining harness routing in UGNX. Should be proficient in channel and bracket design in UGNX. Assign electrical properties to connector, clips, grommet, etc in UGNX. Familiar with the electrical and electronic parts that are installed in passenger cars. Checking of Electrical aggregates (fouling etc.) in DMU to final sign off. Preparing the information Fitment Drawing of Electrical Components and Wiring Harness Should have good knowledge of PLM and Teamcenter. Solutions for the DFA & DFM and Vehicle level issues. Good English communication skills & Presentation skills are essential. Should be ready to support design related activities/ built support at Customer location.
