Job description

Job Purpose:

As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain planning processes, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization. You should have hands-on experience with at least one of the best-in-class supply chain software tools and the ability to implement advanced algorithms. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, driving projects, and leveraging your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning Expertise:
Optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations using supply chain software tools.
Technology Integration:
Utilize supply chain planning tools such as JDA Blue Yonder, O9, Anaplan, E2Open, Arkieva, Oracle ASCP, OM Partners, or similar tools.
Adapt to different supply chain technologies with appropriate training.
Communication and Collaboration:
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Empha follow-through and reporting on supply chain planning activities.
Analytical Skills:
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decisions.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to excellence.
Project Management:
Display meticulous planning skills with an acute attention to detail.
Manage projects in a matrix management environment, emphasizing influence, efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness with a focus on results orientation.
Data Analysis:
Analyze large amounts of data; knowledge of R, Python, and SQL is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools
Minimum years of Total Experience in Supply Chain Planning : 2 years
Maximum Years of Total Experience : 10 years

Primary Skills:

Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools.
Experience in supply chain planning processes.
Hands-on experience with supply chain planning tools (e.g., JDA Blue Yonder, O9, Anaplan, E2Open, Arkieva, Oracle ASCP, OM Partners).
10 years of work experience in the Supply Chain Planning domain with technology exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous planning and multitasking abilities.
Secondary Skills:

Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL for data analysis
