Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation.
2. Ensure that the Orders received are dispatched as per the defined SLA.
3. Should have hands-on experience of working on WMS and shipping software like Uni-commerce, Shiprocket, etc.
4. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
5. Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock.
6. Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues.
7. Supervise, coach, and train packers and warehouse workforce.
Requirement:
1. Prior experience of 1-2 years in Logistics and warehouse management in an E-commerce D2C company
2. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
4. Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
5. Prior experience in a startup is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent in MS Office.
