Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of B2B sales and corporate sales
• Experience in client sales and business development
• Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
• Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
