Job description
The Network Infrastructure Architect will be responsible to building reference framework for technology stacks, re-engineer solutions as per business requirement, Bring in Automation for efficiency, Focus on consolidation of tools, Create technology roadmap, bring innovative solutions, Share industry best practices from technology perspective, Compare and recommend technologies/solutions, Participate cross team-functional workshops, Represent TCI team from Architecture perspective in various internal forums, Conduct periodic review of current architecture and suggest changes as required and so on
- Cloud networking and security skills: The candidate should have experience and expertise in designing, solutioning and configuring network and network security infrastructure on public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure, using tools and technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Next Generation Cloud Security Architecture and Technologies.
- Core networking and security skills: The candidate should also have experience and expertise in planning, designing, implementing and operating enterprise network and network security infrastructure, using routing protocols, transport layer technologies, SDWAN and SDN architectures, and network security devices and frameworks such as Next Gen Firewall, IPS, DDOS, Remote VPN, Zero Trust Architecture and Internet First Architecture.
- Cloud practices: The candidate should be able to provide technical oversight and guidance, collaborate and align with various teams, govern cloud initiatives, standards, designs and best practices, and be well versed with Cloud DevSecOps practices and AWS well architected framework.
Soft skills: The candidate should have a sense of urgency, excellent communication and presentation skills, talent management and development skills, OEM and partner relationship and governance skills, and a good understanding of financial management concepts such as Capex, Opex, ROI and TC
