Senior Analyst – Credit Underwriting Qualification & Experience: - MBA (Finance) - 5-8 years of experience in credit division of a Bank / NBFC / Rating Company/ Consulting role / General management role Key Responsibilities: - Review credit appraisal / underwriting / credit memo of unsecured business loan applications, prepared by junior credit risk analysts to determine feasibility of granting credit to the applicant - Conduct buyer PD over phone/ virtual meetings to obtain information for loan applications and analyse the financial situation of the client. Take reference checks for prospective borrowers from market, liaise with business team - Ensure completion of all necessary verifications checks related to the loan application within the required turn around - Handle and improve the credit backend process for smooth functioning, ensure adherence to internal credit policy and SOP - Review and manage existing credit exposure; periodically monitor clients’ financial health, through quarterly financials, sales projections, collection, approval etc
