Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

  • Support the Manufacturing Head in achieving organization targets.
  • Micro and Macro Planning of the Manufacturing Process for Group company parts.
  • Co ordination with Group company Procurement Team
  • Cascade Quality standards and policies to the plant level
  • Functional
  • Micro and Macro Planning of machine to achieve the Planned dispatches on time.
  • Resource Planning
  • Knowledge and Implementation of TruTops Software
  • CAPA implementation
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality and process issues using various Problem-solving tools like failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), 7 QC tools, etc.

  • Resource Planning , optimization and utilization
  • Develop and Streamline the Manufacturing Process
  • Customer complaint analysis and CAPA on customer Complaints
  • Optimum utilization of raw material, reduction in scrap%
