Name of position: Sr/Physical Design Engineer Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Educational Qualification Required: BTech/Mtech [ECE] Experience Required: 7 - 15 Years Skills Required: Strong background in ASIC Physical Design: Floor planning, P&R, extraction, IR Drop Analysis, Timing, and Signal Integrity closure. Timing closure on DDR2/DDR3/PCIE interfaces. Experience in Cadence or Synopsys or Magma Physical Design Tools.
