Job description

We are looking for Finance, Accounts team members for execution Group's Accounting and Finance activities.

Location:

Ø India - Mumbai

1) Job Description & Roles:

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions
• Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries
• Summarize the financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other statements
• Produce payroll by initiating computer processing, printing checks, verifying finished products
• Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors
• Avoid legal challenges by complying with all legal requirements
• Secure financial information by completing database backups
• Protect the organization's value by keeping all information confidential

Ø  Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

Ø  Awareness of business trends

Ø  Experience with creating financial statements

Ø  E xperience in Tally ERP

Ø Filing of Returns

Ø Accounting and Corporate Finance

Ø Reporting Skills

Ø Time Management

Ø Data Entry Management and MIS

Ø Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

Ø Relevant experience of minimum 3 to 10 years

Ø Knowledge of relevant taxation applicable to Wealth Management

Ø Good oral and written communication
