Position Summary
As a Fintech Partnerships & Product manager - India & Middle East, your main responsibilities will be to manage partnerships and new Fintech products/ solutions assessment and onboarding, conduct market research and monitor fintech industry trends. Additionally, you will engage with internal business leaders and external partners to lead data-driven changes to processes, products and services that aim to increase value for the company while leading the department's pipeline and priorities. The ideal candidate must have a 360 view combining travel and payment understanding as well as demonstrating a problem-solving attitude with a special focus in customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnerships related to payment products or/and payment service providers for India & Middle East countries
- Manage communications with existing partners, attend QBRs to ensure the team is up-to date with new products and opportunities and drive deriving action plans.
- Manage payment provider contracts and introduce necessary controls to ensure target accomplishment and term compliance.
- Lead partner and product evaluation processes under a number driven and multifaceted approach including economics, customer experience, performance and strategic focus.
- Be aware of competition with regards to payments solutions on key markets and assess company’s competitiveness from the payment offering perspective.
- Run RFPs for new partners under a well organized approach to assess new partners capabilities fit with ETGs needs and tech ecosystem.
- Participating in cross-functional projects including fintech and travel-tech areas that are related to sales and product initiatives highly impacted by payment efficiency.
- Introduce strong internal or/and cross department processes that ensure company alignment regarding market expansion, other strategic initiatives, new payment product onboarding as well as manage corresponding pipeline and planning.
- Ensure payment solution/ product overview and requirements sent to developers are well structured to increase organizational visibility and support smooth tech onboarding by working closely with relevant departments.
- Work closely with B2C Payment department peers to assess performance of newly onboarded payment products/ solutions/ partners so as to take corrective actions.
- Be up to date with market trends in the fintech and travel-tech industry to be able to propose new initiatives/ innovative solutions with high impact.
- Be up-to-date with Schemes new regulations as well as Fintech industry’s news/regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business subject areas, Engineering, Statistics or Science
- Approximately 4-5 years working experience in a similar product position. Team management will be considered a plus.
- Strong numerical & organizational skills combined with business understanding
- Data driven/360 view thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to take ownership in a fast growing environment
- Ability to prioritize, and effectively handle multiple projects under a minimum supervision and honor deadlines
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
- Very strong communication skills, can-do approach & excellent command of the English language.
- High level of responsibility & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes
