Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering quality products to customers. The Amagi Project Manager will oversee the delivery of assigned projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting client expectations. Projects encompass a range of products from Planner, Playout, to Server-Side Ad Insertion for monetization. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop top-down, structured Project Plans. Create high-level plans with key project stages and milestones. Define a structured organization for project delivery. Identify resource requirements and necessary skills for each project. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and within budget. Manage customer expectations and project scope, driving acceptance within documented boundaries. Handle customer escalations and drive successful resolutions among stakeholders. Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders on an agreed-upon schedule. Establish and manage processes for configuration, Change Control, Risk & Issues Management, Documentation Management, and Product Assurance. Write specification documents and workflows. Foster a team culture within assigned projects. Manage multiple projects at various stages while ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery.

Professional Qualifications:

Excellent communication, customer management, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities. University Degree in electrical or computer engineering or Equivalent experience. Extensive knowledge of project management principles. Project Management Professional or Prince 2 Practitioner accreditation. Knowledge of Broadcast, Digital, Linear, or SSAI technologies. Experience:

3-7 years or equivalent project management experience. Experience with Complex Solutions. Proven track record in team environments and real-time project delivery under time constraints. Strong project management skills and competency. Technical knowledge is an asset.
