Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating innovative and delicious cocktails for our guests. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume establishment
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong workflow management skills to maintain efficiency
- Flairing skills to entertain guests and create a memorable experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell and recommend drinks to guests
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure prompt and accurate order taking, preparation, and delivery of drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Recommend and upsell drinks based on guests' preferences and menu options
- Monitor and manage inventory, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food and beverage orders are coordinated effectively
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Stay updated with current industry trends and new cocktail recipes
- Assist in training new bartenders and bar staff as required
