6) Job Description :

Qualification : BE/B.Tech Mechanical , Diploma Mechanical

Source and procure of Project Related Items, Machinery and Maintenance spares.

ï'· Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, PO placement to ensure cost-effectiveness

and timely delivery of materials.

ï'· Collaborate with the Factory team to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet

Requirements against Requisition.

ï'· Co-ordination with Interaction department, solving Vendor grievance and ensure timely

vendor payments.

ï'· Evaluate supplier performance and build strong, sustainable relationships with vendors.

ï'· Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and market changes to make informed

purchasing decisions.

ï'· Streamline procurement processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency

improvements.
