Job Summary: The Senior Trade Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to promote Mediversal Hospital's services and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives, drive patient acquisition, and contribute to the overall growth of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Trade Marketing Strategies:
- Formulate comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with the hospital's overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and create segmented strategies to reach diverse market segments effectively.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and medical teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination to maximize the impact of campaigns.
- External Partnerships and Alliances:
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, including pharmaceutical companies, insurance providers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance the hospital's market presence.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase Mediversal Hospital's services.
- Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional activities for events.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data and generate insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
