Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to joinour Business Service Division within our UK Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)company. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for ensuringexceptional client satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, andmanaging the delivery of our business services to clients. The ideal candidatewill have a solid understanding of the KPO industry, possess excellentcommunication and leadership skills, and be able to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
ClientRelationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships withclients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectationsto ensure the delivery of tailored services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling orcross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns, issues, andescalations promptly and effectively.
ServiceDelivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of business services toclients, ensuring high quality, timely, and accurate results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop andimplement service strategies aligned with client needs.
- Monitor service performance metrics, track clientsatisfaction levels, and implement improvement measures as necessary.
- Conduct regular service reviews with clients toassess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to developand deliver client-focused training programs.
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities bymonitoring industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, andcontracts for new client acquisitions.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, andconferences to showcase our services and build new relationships.
- Provide inputs and insights to support the developmentof marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualificationsand Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role withinthe KPO industry, preferably within the business services domain.
- Strong understanding of KPO services, processes,and industry best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, andnegotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strongclient relationships.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to identifyand resolve problems effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevantbusiness tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for clientmeetings and industry events.
