' 5 to 10 years of strong SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP experience. Expertise with 3+ years of ABAP on HANA, ABAP 7.5 and OData skills. Study & understand the functional Specification, business requirements and prepare technical specification. Strong knowledge and working experience Adobe forms, AMDP, CDS, BRF+ and HANA proxy objects. Strong experience with ABAP Development Tool Kit using HANA studio or Eclipse. Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios). Experience, knowledge and exposure of ALE/EDI/IDOC interfaces, JSON/XML and REST/SOAP based Integrations is a plus. Development experience in WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports) Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector and ABAP TestCockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA. Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage.ERP Programmer Analysts SAP ABAP Position Responsibilities:- Independently take up and participate in Document preparation, Code Development, Technical Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.- Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to develop system integrations.- Identify, recommend and implement complex solutions to meet business needs create and update associated documentation.- Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.- Working with the ERP Functional Analyst colleagues to design and develop solutions.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Technical Bachelor's degree or Master degree- 4+ years of total IT experience- Exposure in working in at least 2 SAP Implementation projects- Very good experience in Net weaver fundamentals with Core and Advanced ABAP Programming- Should be familiar with ABAP objects, Classes, events, methods, module pool programming, User-exits, BADI- s, SMART forms, and Adobe forms.- Should have working experience in integration projects involving middleware interfaces (PI/PO, Web Services)- Should be familiar with Workflow and IDOC developments- Good working experience in SAP HANA Platform, Code-to-Data paradigm and OData is preferred.- Functional knowledge in any area Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Close to Report processes is preferred.- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including business and IT.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- SAP Technical Certification- Web Dynpro- CDS Views- BRF+' (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
