This role involves managing invoices, recording financial transactions, overseeing bills, and ensuring systematic documentation. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to maintaining our operational efficiencies and compliance standards. We invite candidates with a passion for accuracy and a background in financial management to apply.Responsibilities:Process and manage invoices and maintain precise financial records.Journalize inward and outward payment records, maintaining clarity and accuracy.Ensure systematic filing and documentation of all financial and export-related records.Assist in the preparation for periodic audits and compliance checks to uphold company standards.Oversee, reconcile bills due, and ensure timely payments of bills and other miscellaneous expenses.Maintain and reconcile credit card statements and other sundry payments accurately.Assist in the lodgment of export-related documents and ensure accurate inputting of these records into the system.Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven track record as an Account Executive or similar role, showcasing a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Work Experience of 2 years (experience in the Gems and Jewellery field would be Plus)Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with high integrity and accuracy in financial handling.What We Offer:An annual salary range of Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 4,50,000.Comprehensive medical insurance.Daily lunches provided on company premises.A supportive and dynamic work environment fostering growth and development.Please Note: This position requires full-time commitment at our Mumbai – BKC office.
