Role Description | Bangalore

1. Financial Management.

- Oversee the financial aspects of corporate events, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for each event, tracking expenses, and revenue generation.

2. Invoice and Billing.

- Generate and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary billing information and resolve any billing discrepancies.

3. Client Communication.

- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding financial matters, addressing inquiries and providing financial updates.

- Collaborate with the sales and event planning teams to understand client requirements and incorporate financial considerations into proposals.

4. Expense Management.

- Monitor and control event-related expenses, negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms and cost-effective solutions.

- Implement and enforce expense policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

5. Vendor Payments.

- Process and manage payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers in a timely manner.

- Maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.

6. Financial Compliance.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Work with the finance department to facilitate audits and provide necessary documentation.

7. Cash Flow Management.

- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for event-related expenses.

- Implement strategies to improve cash flow efficiency and reduce financial risks.

8. Financial Analysis.

- Conduct financial analysis on events, providing insights into profitability, cost trends, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics.

9. Record Keeping.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for each event, including receipts, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

- Organize and archive financial records for future reference and auditing purposes.

10. Team Collaboration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, event planning, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination of financial activities.

- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

11. Continuous Improvement.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations, suggesting and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
