Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Servicenow(ITOM)-4+ years, (Rel exp 2+yrs on each skill - portal and catalog and integration)
• Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow I TOM modules , such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define processes, and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Creation of technical designs, implementation plans, and testing strategies for ITOM solutions.
• Conducting data analysis to identify trends and patterns in IT operations, and using this information to improve performance and reduce downtime.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials for ITOM modules.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and IT teams.
• Participating in ongoing ServiceNow ITOM training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
• Leading and mentoring junior ITOM staff to help them develop their skills and improve performance.
