VMWare L3 (2)o JD1) Install, configure and upgrade of VMware Virtual Center, ESXi hosts, VSAN and NSX-V and NSX-T.2 ) Should have good hands on experience to troubleshooting VMware Virtual Center, ESXi hosts and NSX. 3) Should have good hands on VMware Automation (VRA, VRO) + VROPs4) Should hold experience on build and modify automated scripts (PowerShell).5) Should have good hands on HCX and SRM.6) Candidate should have experience on HP and CISCO UCS Infrastructure.7) Basic networking and storage concepts like port channel, zoning etc is expected8) Good Understanding of vRealize Network Insight, Life Cycle Manager.9) Good understanding of OS Hardening, ITSB (IT Security Baseline). 10) Knowledge of VCF and VVD designee 11) Should have good hands on understanding and implementing design documentation12) Good communication is a MUST to interact with client and vendor (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
