Heating Air Conditioning Technician

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance services on HVAC systems, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing plumbing work as needed.

• Troubleshooting and repair skills related to HVAC systems
• Plumbing skills related to HVAC systems
• Experience in preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems as related to HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
