1. Purpose of the role:

As the Global Community Engagement Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our global community engagement strategy. Your mission is to develop a passionate, connected, and thriving global community of entrepreneurs, sellers and buyers, that drives community & sales growth as well as brand loyalty.

2.What will you do

• Community Engagement Strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global community engagement strategy that aligns with Oriflame's overall mission and business objectives.
• Community Growth
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives that boost community participation, retention, and satisfaction
• Content and Communication
• Provide business analysis to team members on value-added content and communication to drive the overall community growth

3.Your background and your qualifications:

• A strong background in brand engagement and community management, with a track record of successfully nurturing and growing global communities.
• Proven experience working with well-known brands in managing and engaging large, global communities
• Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration, etc.).
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in community engagement, social selling, or related fields.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and online community management.
• Fluent in English.
