Role Description This is a full-time on-site role. As the Sales Manager at Jewel Casa Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, you will be: Leading and inspiring a dynamic sales team. Engaging in direct sales efforts, personally meeting with customers. Developing and executing effective sales strategies for robust growth. Identifying new business opportunities and exploring untapped markets. Collaborating with various departments to ensure synchronized customer satisfaction and elevate overall sales performance. Extensive travel to customer locations (90% travel required).

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 3+ years in jewellery or luxury goods sales management. Proven ability to inspire sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. Budget management and sales forecasting experience. Thrive under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel (90% time) to establish and nurture key connections
