Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. As a part of our team, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while supporting day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functionality.
Job Location: Mohali (Local Candidates Only)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months – 1 year
Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Notes: Both Side Cab Available for Female Candidates
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, software, and communication links.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation of all systems.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems promptly.
- Support in the installation and configuration of servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and system updates to ensure security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement network security measures and data protection protocols.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix.
- Basic knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, Linux Server, etc.).
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
