Job Title: - Relationship Manager

Experience: - 2 - 5yrs
Salary Range: - 3L to 10L (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market niches, and potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while cultivating new partnerships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Has ability to acquire clients on self-source basis or experience on managing the AUM of at least Rs.10 Crore.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support in achieving business development objectives.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and identify potential partnerships.

Qualifications
- NISM CertificationÂ
- Financial Advisory Experience of at least 1-3 Years
- Have already managed assets worth at least Rs. 10+ Crore AUM
