Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commi 1 Chef specializing in Tandoor cooking. The Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining hygiene standards, and communicating with the team. This role is based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in Tandoor cooking
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Culinary skills and ability to be creative with flavors and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Experience in working with Indian cuisine is a plus
- Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is advantageous
