Job Overview The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with universities and students to attract top-tier talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of campus recruitment strategies and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities : University Relationship Management Establish and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services, faculty, and student organizations. Attend career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to promote the organization and identify potential candidates. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment : Actively source and engage with candidates through various channels, including campus events, social media, and online platforms. Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify individuals with the potential to excel within the organization. Branding and Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement campus recruitment branding strategies. Develop engaging content and presentations to showcase the organization's culture and opportunities to prospective candidates. Event Coordination : Plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Offer Management and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process. Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their transition from campus to the workplace. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in campus recruitment or a similar role. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
