Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and reservations for clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process. The Travel Consultant will also be responsible for recommending travel destinations, providing travel itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Travel Consulting skills with a good knowledge of travel destinations and travel management
• Experience in Travel Arrangement
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Language Proficiency: English and any another local dialect
