Job Summary

Job Role:

Implement the merchandising strategy for Zoul Collections (exclusive collection of Contemporary Lifestyle Jewelry) in alignment with the overall merchandising and business strategy to achieve growth and profitability of the business.

- Maintain the product catalogue and design bank for Zoul collections.
- Design planogram and assortment mix to cater to customer preferences.
- Monitor Zoul photo shoots for products so that relevant stakeholders can select the most suited product.
- Gain inputs regarding catchment preferences, peak seasons and campaigns planned through external research.
- Manage the rotation of aged/dead stock to maximize inventory turn.
- Provide inputs regarding the guidelines for vendor returns of Zoul collections to help finalize vendor contracts.
- Guide in determining the carrying cost of stocks at discounted price to manage slow moving products.
- Identify stock redistribution among stores through analytics dashboard for effective stock shuffling.
- Identify dead stock to be melted/returned to vendors in order to minimize MGD losses .
