Zaroori Retail, India's premier marketplace provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Executive to join our esteemed team in Ludhiana. With a vast clientele spanning over 3000 brands across apparel, cosmetics, personal care, fashion accessories, and footwear categories, we offer unparalleled services in marketplace listings and account management in prestigious platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tatacliq. - Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage daily operations on platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tatacliq. Ensure product listings, descriptions, and images are up-to-date and appealing.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their online marketplace accounts. Provide exceptional support and advice to optimize their presence and sales.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance visibility and sales.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts in collaboration with clients and marketplace platforms. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with clients to ensure inventory levels are maintained and updated across all platforms, preventing stockouts or overselling issues.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices to advise clients and implement cutting-edge strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably with exposure to platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Tatacliq.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This is a full-time position based in Ludhiana, Punjab.
