Position : Purchase & Contract Officer

Job Requirement :
- BE/B.Tech Mechanical Qualified professional with 3+ years of experience
Job Role :
- Vendor evaluation
- Registration of new vendor carried out after necessary approval
- Vendor development
- Analyzing PR for availability of required details of Product/Service before raising RFQ
- Identification of Vendors / contractors and select them in consultation with Head of Department
- Raise RFQ & keep follow up with vendors for submission of offer in time.
- Clearance of technical query raised by co-ordinate with indenter
- Preparation of comparative statement
- Negotiation along with other committee members
- Preparation of management approval
- Preparation of Purchase Order.
- Ensure timely delivery of material / services
- Co-ordination with Stores and Finance dept.
- Necessary coordination for custom clearances formalities to get delivery of material
- Finalization of ARCs and AMCs for smooth operations.
