This role offers the opportunity to work on-site, assisting clients with their IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations.
As a Field IT Support Engineer, your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and assistance to clients at their locations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring IT systems, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will be required to respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong technical background and experience in field support. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a customer-oriented approach. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites is also required.
