Job Overview
We are hiring a Design Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of design projects in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Junior-level experience of 1 to 3 years in design engineering.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as SOLIDWORKS.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative ideation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to create detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative mechanical components and products using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Conduct research and analysis to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing.
- Perform testing and validation of prototypes and final products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and maintenance teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design engineering.
- Adhere to design standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and project progress.
