Job description
Conceptualisation and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize photoshoot themes and concepts.
- Develop mood boards, storyboards, and shot lists to aid the creative direction.
Styling:
- Curate and select accessories and props to enhance the overall visual appeal of the photoshoot.
- Come up with original and unique compositions for products.
- Ensure that the styling elements align with brand guidelines and current industry trends.
- Adhere to best practices for creative shoots and e-commerce shoots.
Coordination and Logistics:
- Organize and coordinate all aspects of the photoshoot, including scheduling, locations, (models, hair and makeup artists) and photographers.
- Manage logistics to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of the photoshoot.
On-Set Direction:
- Provide creative direction to the photography team, models, and other contributors on set.
- Ensure that the creative vision is executed effectively to produce high-quality, on-brand visuals.
Design Collaterals:
- Understand the marketing objective for any project, and help crack aesthetic layouts.
- Work closely with post-production teams, communicating specific graphic design requirements for image enhancement, retouching, etc
Quality Control:
- Review and approve final images, ensuring they meet the brands standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with post-production teams to enhance and retouch images as needed.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for each photoshoot in coordination with the Manager, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative techniques.
- Incorporate relevant trends into the brands visual content to maintain a fresh and contemporary image
