Responsibilities/Duties:
- Daily use data/reporting for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports (using a variety of systems that include Tableau, SSRS and other data reporting tools)
- Business Review creation, which involves compiling and summarizing data and preparing a visual presentation file for the Account Manager to share with our client.
- Resolve client s escalated concerns or potential issues.
- Support new vendor account setups and assist with all parts of the go-live process.
- Participate in client conference calls and meetings as needed.
- Primary resource on client-driven special projects, including partnering with Account Managers on the growth and retention of managed accounts the go-live experience for new clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years Account Management/Customer Service experience.
- Experience in HR-related industry preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have a passion for data and understand how to analyze and spot trends or anomalies.
- Possess a consultative mindset, specifically to be used in problem solving.
- Highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Must take satisfaction in delivering quality work on time, especially under pressure.
- Passionate, Innovative, Flexible and Collaborative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we communicate directly with customers).
