Job description

Role: Sourcer Location: Hyderabad, Pune Work Shift: Night Shift (5:30pm - 2:30am IST) Employment: Full Time (Hybrid)

Primary Responsibilities: -Identify and source the candidates from job boards/ Gr8 People/Naukir/Indeed/ and other sites -Strong experience into US IT Recruitment, strgategic sourcing techniques, and technical recruitment -Well versed in creating boolean string -Meet the monthly hire goals. - Visual Screen prospective candidates. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements. - Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time. - Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns, build talent funnel.

Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills. Should have excellent written communication skills. - 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred) - A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
