Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: India (Remote)

About Us: Cygnify is a dynamic and innovative talent solutions provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) solutions to technology start-ups across the region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead our remote recruitment team.

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our remote recruitment team while actively contributing to the success of our TAaaS solution. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on technology recruitment. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive team performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of our technology start-up clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align recruitment strategies to support their growth. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of candidates to clients. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights into team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner in talent acquisition solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and innovations in talent acquisition, particularly in the technology sector. Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable and efficient TAaaS processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technology recruitment. Proven experience in managing and leading remote recruitment teams. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results and implement process improvements. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
