As an Order-To-Cash (OTC) Engineering Manager, you will be a part of the order-to-cash engineering team for assigned implementation releases from explore to implementation managing the end-to-end delivery. You will partner with our OTC business product owners in planning, translating epics into user stories, prioritising and delivering solutions in realizing optimal business outcome while following the enterprise architecture framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will lead a team of highly talented and experienced SAP engineers delivering state of the art solution to Maersk Ocean and LnS process using latest technology platforms.
• You will need to - in collaboration with the product manager and engineering team - help define product vision, objectives, and key results in alignment with business goals.

• You will be responsible to translate business requirements into delivered products in OTC areas including

managing delivery for projects, lead team of technical engineers who does hands-on system configuration for process such as Dunning, BRF+, Payments, Account Determination, Settlement/Clearing Rules, Cash applications, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits/Advances/On Account, Disputes, Credit and Risk Management, reporting - operational and management & data migration,

online customer solutions & master data

• You will be responsible for managing and ensuring successful design, solution delivery and configuration for the OTC products across all the Maersk business units.
• You will need to oversee work on both in our current legacy SAP ECC environments as well as the future SAP S/4HANA solution.
• You will work in agile teams with OTC product owners, SAP developers/engineers and scrum master in executing on prioritized backlog

• You will be managing the Product Backlog: including prioritization of needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with business users and customers.
• You will need to anticipate business and customer needs create and use customer journey maps and develop deep knowledge of the markets in which the product operates
• Work closely with overall development teams embracing Agile way of working contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• You will be responsible to help evaluate product progress and be accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product itself
• You will need to evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. You will be required to make any need course corrections and provide suggestions for continuous improvements to both the technology product as well as the delivery process
• You will be responsible to improve the product performance metrics. These include value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• To be successful, you need to perform stakeholder management related to your product(s)
• You will be involved in contributing to developing product and agile practices for Maersk

Who we are looking for:

• 13-15+ years' experience as an SAP Functional Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager or Lead.
• Very good domain knowledge and hands-on SAP experience in the SAP Order Management, Billing/Invoicing,

• Downstream Integrations for Dunning, Agencies, Cash app, Collections, Credit & Risk and Disputes.
• Well verse with the SAP Best practice for data migration activities for FICA, FICO and FSCM objects.
• Expert understanding of FSCM, FICO and FICA Subledger and process
• Experience of having worked in large, complex & fast-changing SAP environments.

• Proven ability to work in both SAP S/4HANA as well as SAP ECC
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation or rollouts would be an added advantage
• Experience in working with OTC business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Proven ability to work in delivering solutions that are heavy in integrations with other applications
• Hands-on experience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies would be an advantage.
• Have excellent communication and articulation skills - both written and verbal
• Experience in Logistics and/or Shipping industries would be a bonus
• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering or IT related discipline
