About The Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a
Digital Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team.
Duties And Responsibilities - Web & AnalyticsProactively monitor performance and engagement across the corporate website and web assets.
- Implement goals and conversion tracking using systems like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Leverage HubSpot for setting up and managing web assets, user activity, and reporting.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords and markets.
- Proactively conduct SEO audits and marketing research for optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and sales teams to build SEO-friendly content assets.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Set up and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis for effective targeting and optimal impact.
- Work with internal teams to build compelling ads and effective workflows.
- Continuously monitor PPC campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Website & CMS
- Manage content and functional updates for the corporate website and WordPress CMS backend.
- Manage content, assets and workflows on HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the web and design teams, and agency partners to ensure seamless functioning and updates to the website.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and organizational leadership for setting goals and program expectations.
- Regularly collaborate with internal teams and agency partners for planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Support cross-functional projects, as required.
- Measurement & Reporting
- Adopt a data-driven approach to collate data from multiple sources and proactively analyze web, SEO & PPC performance.
- As required, liaise with web, social and sales teams, as well as agency partners to analyze the broader asset/campaign performance and user engagement.
- Regularly report on ROI of analytics, SEO & PPC against standard KPIs, along with critical business insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: - Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven performance (Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered).
- Desirable: Certifications in web technologies, digital marketing platforms, and marketing and communications.
Required And Desired Skills - Proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing tactics like SEO (on-page and off-page), content marketing, etc.
- Strong experience in driving paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with demonstrated ROI.
- Working knowledge of managing CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; ability to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions for day-to-day problems.
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and CallRail is an advantage.
- Experience with social media marketing and email marketing is desirable.
- Knowledge of multimedia and web technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML/CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the agility to contribute individually as well as a team player simultaneously.
- The passion to constantly upskill and staying updated with trends and best practices within the technology markets.
Additional Requirements: A candidate located in and around Pune city is preferable to comply with a hybrid work schedule.
