Job description

Calendar Management:

• Efficiently manage and organize the executives calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and communicate schedule changes or conflicts promptly.

Travel Arrangements:

• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive and other team members as required.

Meeting Coordination:

• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Who should apply for this role

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
