Job Title- Reward Consultant Location- Gurugram Experience- 9+ yrs

The global reward team, of which this role is an integral part, works in close partnership with the Remuneration Committee and the business to design and implement highly effective incentive schemes, recognition programs, and diverse benefits offerings that truly inspire and reward our exceptional workforce.

Reward Consultant role requires a candidate with a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, people-centric leadership, and a hands-on approach. They should have a deep understanding of reward, performance improvement and employee engagement across diverse cultures. Strong communication skills, a global mindset, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Rewards Consultant works closely with the global Reward team, the in-country management teams and cross-functional teams to strategize, implement and manage global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee satisfaction and competitive market practices. Strategic Alignment:

Collaborating with business leaders to align reward strategies, including sales compensation, with organisational goals and performance objectives. Total Rewards Design : Developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. Data Analysis : Conducting in-depth data analyses to assess market competitiveness, identify trends, and recommend adjustments. Performance Management:

Advising on performance management processes, linking rewards to individual and team achievements. Employee Engagement: Drive

initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. Policy Development:

Creating and maintaining reward policies, ensuring consistency and compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partnering with HR, finance, and business functions to optimise reward practices and drive organisational success.

Required Skill-sets Deep rewards expertise predominantly in compensation practices, including sales compensation and links to performance. Proven business partner skills with robust business acumen and expertise as to how Reward Programmes can help deliver value to the bottom line. Excellent communication skills, ensuring the Reward programmes are proactively communicated to employees and contributing to high levels of employee engagement. Ability to influence and deliver projects. A hands-on approach with excellent Excel and analytical skills. No job is too big or too small for the ideal candidate. Effective negotiation capability to ensure effective management of and delivery through suppliers. Whilst we take pride in effective planning, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, time constraints and changing priorities.
