IDfy is looking for Sr. QA Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience with the following skills: Comfortable with tools for project tracking, test organization, API testing tools, load testing tools, browser tools for debugging and responsiveness testing, basic database querying Comfortable with basic scripting in any one language Must be hands-on with all phases of testing life cycle - from strategy to writing test cases to automation Must have managed roadmap for web applications, API and data products Defining and monitoring productivity and efficiency of the testing teams through appropriate metrics Must be organized by nature; possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills Must be good at written and oral communication Strong team building and people management skills are a must Quick learner and observer of the software industry; fast adoption of good practices and tools What you’ll be doing at IDfy… Defining quality standards and metrics for products, and gearing a team of QAs towards meeting them Defining processes for QA of data and applications Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered. Defining and executing manual and automation testing strategy Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers Mentoring team members, identifying training and learning material for team members Identifying best practices & tools in the industry and adopting them from time to time. What’s it like working at IDfy? We build products that detect and prevent fraud. At IDfy, you will apply your skills to stay one step ahead of fraudsters. You will be mind-mapping fraudsters’ modus operandi, predicting evolution of fraud techniques, and designing solutions to prevent new & emerging fraud. On the CrimeCheck product’s team, you'll be working closely with the core team and founders. The work you do will be high visibility in the organization as well as impact prominent Banks and BGV companies in India and abroad. You'll be part of an exciting journey of innovation, blazing new markets and at the same time making the business environment better for global citizens. At IDfy, you will work on the entire end-to-end solution rather than a small cog of a giant wheel. We work hard and party hard. There are weekly sessions on emerging technologies.
