Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in project management. The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time. Salary range will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with 4 to 6 years of experience in project management.
• Strong project coordination and multitasking skills.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in technical recruiting and building project teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets and timelines.

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and successfully deliver technical projects within the allocated budget and timeframe.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, including planning and coordinating agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Conduct technical recruiting and staffing activities to build project teams.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and timelines.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
